If new parts are available to perform a repair, we use new high-quality parts. The only time that we install used parts is when new parts are no longer available.

Unfortunately, we cannot install customer provided parts. Consumer protection laws in Georgia make us responsible for the quality and safety of all the repairs we perform. Our shop liability insurance and 5 year/50,000 mile warranty do not allow us to install customer provided parts. 

For many repairs, we install parts that are from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), or the Original Equipment Supplier (OES). For some repairs, there are updated and improved parts available which exceed the quality of the original parts on your vehicle.
