  • Do you ever install used parts?

    If new parts are available to perform a repair, we use new high-quality parts. The only time that we install used parts is when we are working on antique and classic vehicles for which new parts are no longer available.




  • Can I bring my own parts?

    Unfortunately, we cannot install customer provided parts. Consumer protection laws in Georgia make us responsible for the quality and safety of all the repairs we perform. For this reason, we must know the quality and source of the parts that we install. Even if a customer brings us parts in sealed manufacture packaging, we cannot guarantee the source and quality of the parts. Our 3 year/36,000 warranty and shop liability insurance prevent us from installing customer provided parts.




  • Do you use parts from my vehicle manufacturer?

    For many repairs, we install parts that are from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), or the Original Equipment Supplier (OES). For some repairs, like Radiator Repair and Replacement, there are updated and improved parts available which exceed the quality of the original parts on your vehicle. At Car Craft, you can have confidence that we install high-quality Car Engine Filters Replacement and other vehicle parts, and we back it up with our written 3 years/36,000-mile warranty.
